Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 13, 2026
1. Introduction
Native Melon Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Abjad (the "App"), visit our website nativemelon.com, or communicate with us.
Special Notice for Parents: Abjad is designed for children and family use. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple's guidelines for apps in the Kids category, and Google Play's Designed for Families program requirements.
2. Information We Collect
From Parents and Account Holders
When you engage with our services or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Transaction information: purchase history, subscription status, and payment method type (we do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Automatically Collected Data
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, features used, session duration, game progress, and error logs.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version.
Device information (such as device identifiers) is collected only on Android for the purpose of serving contextual ads. No device identifiers are collected on iOS. - IP address: used for fraud prevention and geographic compliance checks.
What We Do NOT Collect from Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, including names, email addresses, photos, or location data. The App does not require account registration to play.
3. Advertising
The free version of Abjad displays ads on Android only. Ads are served via Google AdMob. All ad requests are tagged as child-directed under COPPA, and only non-personalized, contextual ads are shown. No advertising SDK is included in the iOS version of the app, and no device identifiers or advertising identifiers are collected or transmitted on iOS.
How our ads work:
- All ad requests are tagged as child-directed under COPPA and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
- Ads are set to non-personalized only — behavioral profiling and interest-based targeting are disabled.
- AdMob's maximum ad content rating is set to "G" (General Audiences).
- We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for tracking or cross-app profiling.
Data AdMob may collect:
Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage signals to serve contextual ads and measure ad performance, subject to Google's child-directed advertising policies. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Ad-free access: Premium subscribers do not see advertisements. Free users may also watch a rewarded video to earn a temporary ad-free period.
4. In-App Purchases
We offer optional paid features through the App as one-time purchases — there are no recurring subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we do not handle payment card data directly.
We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements. RevenueCat may collect:
- A device-level anonymous identifier
- Purchase receipts and entitlement status
- App usage events related to purchase flows
RevenueCat does not receive children's personal information. For more, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Restoring purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchases through the "Restore Purchases" option in the App settings, using the same App Store or Google Play account.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and maintain core app functionality, including offline gameplay.
- Validate and manage subscription entitlements and one-time purchases.
- Serve contextual (non-personalized) advertisements to free-tier users.
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the App.
- Respond to parent or user inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations, including COPPA, GDPR (where applicable), and app store policies.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: RevenueCat (subscription management), Google AdMob (contextual advertising), and cloud infrastructure providers — all bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Abjad is intended for use by children under parental supervision. We are committed to COPPA compliance:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- We do not enable behavioral advertising targeting children.
- No third-party analytics SDKs that profile children are included in the App.
- If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Parents may request deletion of any information associated with their child's use of the App. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on our website with an updated effective date. For material changes affecting children's data, we will take additional steps to notify parents.
